Incorrect Order
If you have not received your order, or the product is not what you expected, please email us so that we can make it right for you. Berlin Skin, LLC is not held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Shipping Time
All products are shipped from Redmond, Oregon within 1-2 business days. We ship all products via USPS or UPS, and they usually deliver to your door within 2-5 business days depending on where you live. Berlin Skin, LLC is not responsible for any damages, delays, customs issues, or taxes that may be associated with your order. Please look into your country's laws and regulations prior to placing your order.

At this time we do not ship internationally outside of the USA.
