Monica here, Founder & CEO of Berlin Skin. Some of you have been here since day 1 (which was over 7 years ago!) and you still continue to buy and share our products. This means the world to me, and we wouldn't be here without your support.

Our mission hasn't changed since the beginning to bring clean, modern, and minimal skincare to the world. When we first launched, I had some big goals:

• Make really amazing botanical products that heal, soothe, and improve our customer's skin (and mind through aromatherapy).
• Use sustainable materials.
• Be generous and kind to people in every way possible through this business.

All of these goals above remain the same today. However, I am no longer a one-woman show running this out of my loft in NW Portland (although those were really fun days). I have an amazing team who works with me, and several of us have families of our own now. It's also no longer 2016, which means that our costs have increased substantially over the years - across the board from shipping to ingredients to packaging to labor. It's been tough to keep up with these rising costs, and we want to continue to be able to offer you the same amazing products while maintaining our standards for quality. 

So, effective January 1, 2024, we will be raising our prices on most of our products. I want to thank you in advance for your understanding and continued support of Berlin Skin.
